During a mail migration, not all mail items are appearing within the target mailbox. However a full resynchronization of the mailbox resolves the issue.
This may be caused by this mailbox being involved in a previous mail collection, and the target mailbox being deleted.
Within the source mailbox there is placed a hidden message which tracks the synchronization process. If a mailbox is removed from a collection, the target mailbox is deleted, and then the same source mailbox is placed into another collection it will continue to use the previous hidden message for progress tracking. Therefore the mail agent will not send the previously synchronized data to the new target mailbox again. Only during a full resynchronization will this take place.
If this is the case, simply adjust the collection to perform a full resynchronization on the mailboxes that previously existed within the target.
additional information on mail collections can be found within the QMM user guide.
