How can I create a list of all Active Rules? (4320632)

The attached "List Active Rules.txt" can be run from the cmd line using fglcmd or the contents can be copy/pasted into the Administration | Tooling | Script Console to run as a script.

The code lists all rules which are not disabled, hence the first column indicates 'false'..
