InvalidOperationException: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms

You see the following unhandled exception error when you create Notes to Exchange connector:

InvalidOperationException: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.

This connector is designed to use default Domino LDAP port  389 and  you are not selecting Use SSL option.

You are able to TELNET into the Domino LDAP server via port 389.

1- Open regedit

2- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\fipsalgorithmpolicy

3- Export fibsalgorithmpolicy

4- Change the value data to 0

5- Restart the CMN Directory Connector console
