No metrics available on VMWare dashboard although VMWare agent is active and collecting data
Description

VMWare agent is running and shows as collecting data on the "Agent Status" dashboard, however no metrics are displayed in the VMWare monitoringdashboard
The error below is frequently populated in the Foglight logs:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.SSS ERROR [FglAM:IncomingMessage[5]-24] com.quest.glue.adapter.service.handlers.TopologyDataHandler - No CDT could be found for the agent type VMwarePerformance (VMwarePerformance/5.7.7/VMwarePerformance/VMwarePerformance.MyVcenter.xx.xx on [Agent manager/10.10.10.10]), the submitted data sample will be discarded. Perhaps the cartridge containing the CDT for this agent was disabled or uninstalled?
Cause

The VMWare-Performance-Agent cartridge is not enabled
Resolution
To solve the issue, follow the steps below:
1. Go to "Administration | Cartridges | Installed Cartridges"
2. Find the cartride "Vmware-Performance-Agent" and check if it is enabled
3. Enable the latest version of cartridge "Vmware-Performance-Agent"
4. Now wait for few minutes, the metrics should be visible now on the VMWare dashboard
