When looking at any insight that compares Internal vs External Messages it just shows "No Data"
Cause

The Internal Domains have not been added to the Classifications section of Admin Settings.
Resolution

Follow the steps below to set all your Internal Domains.
1. With in the UUCS Analytic's console go to Admin Settings
2. Select Classifications
3. Set all your Internal Domains and wait for the collection to be run again to reflect the correct data in the reports.
