WORKAROUND:
You can find the Imap4, OWA metrics under client access role.
Dashboards | Data | Exchange -> Client Access -> impa4 & owa
For MAPI, we only monitor the outlook mapi connectivity. It is saved in mailbox role/informationStore/storageGroups/[specific database]/mailboxStores/[DB]/ mapiConnectivity
Maybe customer can go to “Exchange Explorer/Servers/[specific server]/Roles” and check what metrics are they insterested in?
** Open the right action panel -> create either new dashboard orelse report.
** Click Data tab -> Expand exchange -> Client Access Roles -> connections
** Drag & Drop Imap4 -> Select metrics -> clientAccessConnections -> Expand activeSync ( averageRequestTime, pingCommandsPending, requestsPersec )
** Expand owa -> currentUniqueUsers, failedRequestsPerSec
** Click Finish
*** For MAPI, Mailbox roles -> Expand Information store -> StorageGroups -> Specific database -> mailboxStores/[DB]/ Expand mapiConnectivity -> Choose the metrics.
** Click Finish.
