Sometimes, Toad for Oracle is not able to validate the license key number/ site message during the installation process

RESOLUTION
Instead, finish the installation and launch Toad, then try again to enter the license key number and site message

* The license key number and site message, are both case sensitive and space sensitive too. * Make sure to enter the site message all cap without extra spaces * Also check the license key number contains letters and numbers (New format for example: QWERT123ASDF45JKL456BNM888XCVBN-123-234-45FA) * Usually the site message is the company name * The license key should contain letters and numbers (new format)
