Runtime Search run in Change Auditor Web Client ignores additional criteria (4318164)

Run time Searches, which contain multiple criteria on the What tab, ignore the additional criteria when run in the ChangeAuditor Web Client but work as expected in Change Auditor Client.

For example:

1. Create a Search with an Event Class Event (Example, 'User Changed')
2. Also, add Subsystem | Active Directory | Check the "Runtime Prompt" checkbox
3. Log into the ChangeAuditor Web Client as a Change Auditor administrator
4. Run the Search and select a user object when prompted
5. All Events will be returned that match the user object. The Event Class Event that was added will be ignored.
