Oracle 12c (Release 1): 12.1.0.1
And limited support, port scanner can find the instance, but not collect data.
From the following version “Oracle 10g (Release 1): 10.1.0.2” and below.
Note: It is not possible to distinguish between Standard and StandardOne Editions.
