Too many email alerts received when making a change to a group policy (4317022)

In previous versions we received one alert if a GPO was changed, but now we receive multiple alerts showing each attribute change. Need to reduce the amount of alerts being sent for GPO changes. 

1. Open the Active Administrator console.
2. Select Auditing & Alerting | Alerts.
3. Right click the Group Policy alert and select "Edit".
4. Select "Thresholds" and click "Add".
5. Drop down the Event Definitions menu and select "GPO Changed".
6. Modify the number of events and the time, and click "OK". 

A group policy change will now batch these events into a single email alert.
