Receiving the following error message:
ORA-28000: the account is locked
Or
ORA-28051: the account is locked
The user has entered the wrong password consequently for maximum number of times specified by the users profile parameter FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS, or the DBA has locked the account, or the account has an expiration date and it has reached that expiration date.
Contact your DBA, IT, or Helpdesk people and have them unlock the account or wait for the password lock time to expire.
