Uppercase and lowercase option is not applied when click on "Format code" button.
Resolution

We need to explicitly set the uppercase and lowercase option when logon Toad for Oracle every time, by using the following steps:

Go to View | Toad options, and modify the formatter option. Then click on "Format Code" button, the SQL statement can be formatted correctly.
