Cause
Reviewing recursive directory listing of %FGLHOME% there are missing jboss files from the deploy directory.eg. files that are missing from Quest_Software\Foglight\server\default\conf- jndi.properties
- jboss-minimal.xml

Resolution
Corrective Action:
1) Verify the FMS version by running %FGLHOME%\bin\fms -v
2) Download and run the same version installer again as an 'update' to make sure that the missing files are replaced.
