Operating system commands fail using the Oracle or DB2 agents on Linux, Unix, HP-UX, or Solaris platforms.
CPU information cannot be read from the OS because the "oracle" account in Unix did not have the necessary permissions at the OS level

Caused by: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "ksh: psrinfo: not found
You need to make sure that the Unix Account being used on the Oracle Database host if not the Oracle Unix Account is part of the DBA group and can run commands like ksh -p; exit.

If after granting the above to the Unix user being used Foglight you still see an issue, then please contact Quest Support and log a case.
