Virtual Machines are displayed as powered on when they're powered off
Description
A limited number of Virtual Machines (VMs) within a VMware environment are 'powered off', but are displayed as being 'powered on' within Foglight.
Cause
Invalid events displayed by VMware (within the VMware API), which is causing the Foglight for VMware agent to not recognise the correct state of a VM.
Resolution
Restart (deactivate and activate) the VMware agent, which will "refresh" the agent and enable Foglight to display the correct power status of a VM. Please note that this is a very low occuring issue and is not always observed.
