Description
When using Directory Synchronization (DSA), conference room mailboxes are not being created. A review of the DSA log shows the line below:
COM AcAdSwitches Error 0xea0000a7. Target user is enabled and source mailbox is resource mailbox. Target mailbox will not be created.

Cause
In some environments where the target objects have been created and enabled, the DSA will not create a mailbox for resource room objects that are enabled in the target environment. Resource mailboxes should be associated with Disabled AD accounts -
Resolution
To resolve this error message follow the directions below.
1. Stop Directory Synchronization for the domain pair.
2. Disable the target AD object.
3. Start the Directory Synchronization and select "Start + Resync"
