The MTA (Mail Target Agent) is failing to process the PRV files in the queue. When reviewing the log file the error message below is shown.
RpcStoreAdmin::Init Error -2147024891 Access is denied. : CExchAttendantCalls::ExAtOpenStore failed File: 'aeRpcConnection.cpp' Line: '36'
All the permissions are set properly and there are no firewalls turned on or blocking communications.
This can happen when the Exchange Management Tools installed are not patched to the same level as the installed Exchange Version.
