There are many changes (thousands on an hourly basis) in the following topology objects for the following properties:

The properties aren't just flipping between a few different values. They are switching between many values. For example, when looking through the Diagnostic Snapshot of the FMS Support Bundle, the following can be seen with regards to the EXCClusterDatabase topology object:
