Application server administration error after uploading a license when licence expired -
Description
Foglight license expires, I upload the new license and things don't go back to normal in the Application Server Administration Dashboard, there are red errors (all tabs show"Error rendering View"). The only way I found around it is to restart the FMS, which is a bit of a pain. -
Cause
I think the problem is that when license expires, the ApplicationServers-* cartridges go partially disabled...and when the new license is installed, the pages don't work because of that.
To maintain backward compatibility, the server should exempt cartridge with unspecified license requirements from license checks on restart. fgl-18007 has been filed FGL-18007 attemps to restore older behavior for cartridges that don't have any license element defined.

WORKAROUND
if you go an explicitly enable the cartridges back, the pages work. Or when you restart FMS, these carts get enabled upon restart
