NM: Unable to initialize Outlook for migration to Exchange server (4313186)

Issue

A migration to Exchange fails to start, and a message like the one below is seen in the "CMT Log":
11/06 16:57:22 Getting namespace object...
11/06 16:57:22 Error: Getting namespace:
    Code = 80010001
    Code meaning = Call was rejected by callee.
    Source = (null)
    Description = (null)

11/06 16:57:22 Error: Unable to initialize Outlook.
11/06 16:57:22 Error: Unable to initialize dest platform Microsoft Outlook Exchange.

Solution

This is most likely caused by an anti-virus product running on the migration workstation. Removing or disabling the anti-virus allows Outlook to open the destination mailbox and proceed with the migration.
The example above was taken from a workstation with SunBelt Software's Viper Enterprise running on it.
