SQL Tracker is not picking up statements being run by other, 3rd party applications.
SQL Tracker monitors SQL statements issued by Windows applications and services that access Oracle. Although SQL Tracker can monitor a variety of applications, support for SQL Tracker is limited to the Quest products with which it is installed. We don't guarantee it's use with other applications. In general, if a 3rd party application isn't being tracked by SQL Tracker as expected, there is nothing that can be done.
SQL Tracker was written by Toad Developers to monitor background scripts that Toad generates. It might work for some Windows applications, but it can't be tested or certified for all other 3rd party tools unfortunately.
