LiteSpeedLocal.LSBaseOptions MinuteIntervalCopy and MinuteLatencyCopy should be set to a value greater than zero, so that the copy can begin after the backup has had time to create and populate the backup file. If set to 0, the backup job will fail and the latency will fail.
