FMS or FglAM does not come online during patch days or weekends -
Description
Every weekend after patching the Foglight environment, the FMS or FglAM service does not come back up in a HA environment.

Cause
FMS repository is not online when the FMS and FglAM is restarted -
Resolution
Complete database software updates separately from the Foglight FMS or FglAM updates so that the FMS repository is online and accessible when the Foglight Management Server and Foglight Agent Manager is updated.
For example, schedule the repository database updates (SQL Server, Oracle) at 10am and follow with the Foglight component updates at 4pm. This would provided six hours difference between the updates or patching so that the FMS repository is online during the Foglight update patching or upgrade time.
