What should I back-up for recovery of MessageStats? -

In preparation for a Disaster Recovery scenario, what components of MessageStats should be backed-up in order to recover the application?

Resolution
MessageStats backup is very simple. Please make sure to:
- Back-up the MessageStats database within your SQL Server as you would any other database on your environment.
- Back-up the /Program files (x86)/Quest Software/MessageStats folder OR /Program files (x86)/Dell/MessageStats (depending on what version is installed)
This should allow you to recover from a crash in a Disaster Recovery scenario. Please make sure to test your back-up files every so often to make sure they do work, making sure they are available and ready for a recovery.
