The 'About' window or License key doesn't open in Spotlight -
Description
It is not possible to open the About window, in order to enter a license key. The About dialog opens, but no windows referenced in the links there will open. -
Resolution
RESOLUTION 1:
If on Windows Server, go to Server Manager | Local Server | set 'IE Enhanced Security Configuration' to Off.
RESOLUTION 2:
Reinstall the Spotlight client.
