The Azure SQL database agent cannot be failed over in FglAM HA mode.
Steps to reconfigure the HA deployment white list for support of 6.0 DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server cartridges.
1. Navigate to Administration | Agents | Agent Properties
2. Select FglAM | FglAMAdapter
3. Click the Edit button next to the Deployment WhiteList
4. Click Add Row and then add the value as shown below into the prompt box, then click the Enter keep to accept the input

STATUS
This has be logged as defect FOG-2700 to update the white list to include the Azure SQL cartridge. This issue has been fixed in the 6.1.0.10 and higher releases of the Azure SQL cartridge.
When added to the product, this change will require that the minimal FglAM version will be 6.1.0 for the Azure SQL database cartridge because the Azure SQL agent will not be part of the HA Deployment Whitelist after this change as the "HA=true" value has been added to the cartridge agent definition.
