MongoDB connection fails when using SCRAM-SHA-256 authentication -
Description
MongoDB fails to establish a connection. The following error is seen on the agent log.

Cause
The monitoring user is configured to use SCRAM-SHA-256 credentials only. Currently not supported by the MongoDB agent. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Configure the MongoDB user to also allow SCRAM-SHA-1 credentials.
STATUS
SCRAM-SHA-256 support was added to the MongoDB cartridge beginning in the 5.9.5.10.14 and higher releases as part of FOGMONGO-186.
