Subversion setup error "Server certificate verification failed: Issuer is not trusted" -
Description
When setting up Toad to integrate with Subversion, the following error is displayed after entering the server details and clicking 'Next':
"svn: E175002: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'servername/svn/repositoryname'
svn: E175002: OPTIONS of 'https://servername/svn/repositoryname': Server certificate verification failed: Issuer is not trusted
