How to recover tablespace from a Quiesce point? (4311473)

In Toad is there an option to generate RECOVER utility command to recover from a quiesce point?

 For example:

 How to generate following command:

 RECOVER TABLESPACE subsystem.tablespace TORBA X'000007425468'

The above RECOVER statement specifies that the utility is to recover the table space subsystem.tablespace to the quiesce point (RBA X'000007425468').

1. Right click | Tablespace | Utilities | Recover
2. Set 'Process Objects as a list’ to true
3. Select Recover to RBA Value
4. Enter value or click the elipses [...] to select Quiesce Point
