Description
The following alarm is is fired from the DBO - Collection Status rule.
The user has 'dba' permission.
DBO_Advisory_BindVariablesCandidates Failed with the exception: Failed to execute query on instance [AGENTNAME], user account [c##foglight]. Reason : [ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Cause
Permissions were missing for the foglight agent account for one of the following objects
sys.v_$pdbs
sys.user$
sys.v_$sqlarea
sys.v_$sql_shared_cursor -
Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
WORKAROUND
Add the SELECT privilege to sys.user$ on the account used by the Oracle agent
STATUS
Defect ID FOG-3499 was logged to add the sys.user$ privilege to the permissions script used by the Oracle installer in the 6.1.0.10 and higher releases of the Oracle cartridge.
RESOLUTION 2
Add missing SELECT privileges for any of these objects for the account used by the Oracle agent
