No advisories are displayed in SQL PI for all database agents (4311162)

An environment is monitoring hundreds of SQL Server database agents with SQL PI and none of the agents ever display advisories.

The database advisories rely on several rules which must be activated for the advisories to function.

Navigate to Administration | Rules & Notifications | Manage Registry Variable 

Enable the following registry settings where each registry value corresponds to a specific advisory. For SQL Server and Oracle these would be:

• DBO-AdvisoriesInstance_isEnabled
• DBO-ApplicationWaitDeviationAdvisoryEnabled
• DBO-ClusterWaitDeviationAdvisoryEnabled
• DBO-CommitWaitDeviationAdvisoryEnabled
• DBO-ConcurrencyWaitDeviationAdvisoryEnabled
• DBO-CPUUsageDeviationAdvisoryEnabled
• DBO-NetworkWaitDeviationAdvisoryEnabled
