Description
Receiving the following error when migrating Folders in Public Folder Edition to SharePoint online: "Error fetching items: There is an error in XML document (1, 15201938)" -
Cause
Possible Causes: 1) Large count of items listed in the folder when using Exchange Web Service Adapter
2) EWS is not able to fetch all the properties listed with the associated items in the folder
This error is only seen when using the EWS connection method

Resolution
Recommended to convert the folder into a PST and use the Connect with PST method to migrate the Folder and the contents
