Customer has a monitored database instance with an agent set up that longer appears in the database dashboard.
Customer had cleared out the agent topology and the agent was not yet collecting data.
Restart the database agent from the agent status panel.
Once the agent is begins collecting data approximately after one collection cycle (typically up to one minute) the agent should reappear in the database dashboard. If the agent does not report data, review the agent log and troubleshoot any errors than may occur.
