Exporting to Excel, output is dropping columns
Description

When exporting from the data grid, some columns are not populated in the Excel file. All columns are populated in the data grid but missing in the Excel file.
Cause

Issue only occurs if Tools | Options | Environment | Grid | Bit | 'Use 1/0 format' is selected AND the results have a boolean column. Anything after the boolean column is not exported.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Select Tools | Options | Environment | Grid | Bit | 'Use True/False format'
