Not all blocks are shown in Longest Block Duration metric
Description

In the SQL Server agent the current blocks or historic blocks are not seen in the Longest Block Duration display
Resolution

The value of the Agent Status Properties setting "The time that a session have to wait for a lock to release before it is added to the blocking tree" was changed to setting to 20 seconds for the database agent.
