“DBSS - Availability Group Listener IP is Not Online” should fire only when the server itself is online -
Description
Is there an alarm for when the SQL AlwaysOn listener is offline, but the AlwaysOn listener is online?
The “DBSS - Availability Group Listener IP is Not Online” alarm does not work as the IP can be online but the AG is still down the the databases are in a resolving state.

Resolution
Enhancement Request (ER) FOG-4711 was logged “DBSS - Availability Group Listener IP is Not Online” to fire only when the server itself is online. This Enhancement will be considered by Product Management for a future release of the Foglight cartridge for SQL Server. -
