When migrating to Office 365, and using Microsoft Dirsync, Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) is hanging without any error messages when Preparing the Local Active Directory with "initializing user"
Admin Pool showing 0/0 sessions available. NME40DB was previously recreated but Admin Pool was not re-initialized.
1- Reset and Refresh the Admin Pool
2- Verify the accounts initialized for the migration
3- Re-run the process
