Can the files under "C:\program files\Quest software\Migration manager\DSA\Configs\CFGhistory" be deleted or removed if they are using a lot of disk space?
In a large environment these files grow in number during ongoing migration process and use lot of disk space; sometimes in excess of 5 GB.
Take the following steps:
1. STOP DSA (Directory Synchronization Agent).
2. Move only older files and not the current files that are in use. It is recommended to leave a week's worth of files and archive the rest.
We suggest to archive these files (move them to another drive to free space from the drive on which the DSA is installed).
We do not recommend deleting these files since the may be required for troubleshooting in the event of an error during migration or synchronization
Removing the files (backing them up) from the CfgHistory folder will not affect the DSA.
3. START DSA.
