Import Export Data Wizard on a flat file. No option to load 'spec' file. Cannot adjust preview columns. (4307970)

Tools | Import Export Data | Import Export Data | "File (Cvs, Delimited, Excel, Fixed Width, etc.)". Choose or load a flat file like a .FIL file.  It is very hard to use and some items do not work.

- there is no option to specify a 'spec' file, so it’s very hard to use

- preview columns are not adjustable; they’re all very small

- Column Width settings does not reflect on bottom screen preview columns, except for first column.

- In Access, a spec file can be loaded. User can even delete the existing specs in the specs ‘display’ screen | open the spec file in Excel | copy how the specs are displayed in Excel | and paste it directly in Access specs ‘display’ screen. It makes it very easy to use.
