Cause
NME is not able to recognized the latest ODS format or the NSF file is missing from the notes directory

Resolution
1. From the NME server, verify you can browse and locate the nsf files stated in the logs, on your Notes server. As an example from the error mentioned, try to open this location from you NME server \\mail-import-02\m$\Notes Files\mail\
2. If the nsf files can be found, it could be using the latest Notes ODS format. Please upgrade the Lotus Notes client installed on your NME server to version R8.5.x. Once you have installed 8.5, check if you can open the Notes databases (local and server) from the client installed on the NME workstation and can you read the data you are trying to migrate. This will confirm the correct rights are assigned to the migration Notes ID.
