Cause
The PI rollups include all of the statistics which are gathered, including lock information -
Resolution
The display of historical data collected by PI (Performance Investigator) is controlled by the time pyramid.One minute resolution is only kept for six hours.If users are trying to look at data that is older than six hours the best resolution will be of 15 minutes (and that will only be available for three days after the event).The current PI retention is as follows, and cannot be configured:Time Resolution Retention Period 1 minute 6 hours 15 minutes 3 days 1 hour 2 weeks 6 hours 30 days 1 day 90 days 1 week 2 years When Foglight does a rollup from a lower to an upper level, it does not take all of the records, but rather the top X records (depending on the data type).
Due to this, it may miss some requests when it rolls up, or the active time may be less.
On an instance level, Foglight is not reducing data, so the total active time remains the same.
