Message running Database | Monitor | ADDM/AWR | AWR SQL and Diff Report: "This report requires Or (4307122)

Attempting to generate AWR SQL and Diff reports under Database | Monitor | ADDM/AWR menu option. Toad displays the following message:
"This report requires Oracle version 10.2 or newer".

or

Database | Monitor | ADDM/AWR   is greyed out

Is there a workaround or patch for this?

Oracle versions older than 10.2 do not have the awr_sql_report_html function in the dbms_workload_repository package of the database. This function is required to run this report.

Upgrade database to Oracle 10.2 or higher in order to run these reports.
