Errors "Invalid column name 'durability'" and 'is_memory_optimized' when using 'Create New Model from Database'

File | Reverse Engineering | Connections
Select previously created connection
Click 'Create New Model from Database'
Results in the following error:
"Source Toad Data Modeler Internal error Script REDataMigratorDBMS14 Description: Invalid column name 'durability', Invalid column name 'is_memory_optimized', ..."
Cause
When connection was created, SQL Server 2014 was selected as the version, when the database was actually a SS2012. The columns mentioned in the above error, do not exist in a SS2012 database.
Resolution
Recreate the connection, selecting SQL Server 2012 as the version.
