'Create New Connection' is missing options for Oracle, SQL Server, IBM, MySQL, Sybase, Business Intelligence and NoSQL platforms in the group picklist (4305581)

In the 'Create New Connection' window, options for Oracle, SQL Server, IBM, MySQL, and Sybase in the 'Pick a group' list are missing

Running Freeware or Base Edition, when higher level edition is required

A Base Edition license is needed to connect natively to  Oracle, SQL Server, IBM, MySQL, and Sybase

A Professional Edition license is required to connect to Business Intelligence (e.g. Salesforce) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) platforms
