Differences in login between GPOAdmin GUI and Powershell -
Description
Can connect from GPOADmin GUI to another domain and from the other domain back
Cannot do the same via power shell getting an error "The target is incorrect or theserver rejected the client credentials"

Resolution
Setting a preferred DC on the GPOAdmin options fixes this issue
This can be done directly on the GPOAdmin Gui under options or via regedit as per below KB
