For Oracle Financials APPS schema, Toad hangs when doing an F4, in the Editor, to describe a View's details. (4304260)

When placing the cursor on a View in the Editor window and then clicking F4 to describe the View, Toad will hang with the hourglass cursor. The Object Details window never displays and Toad has to be killed. e.g.

'Select * from view_name'  is typed in the Editor. Place cursor on view_name and hit . Toad just hangs

This is happening specifically on Oracle Financials APPS schema

WORKAROUND:

Drag View from the Object Explorer into the Editor  | Select Statement. F4 then works on the view name.
