Command popup window with logic drive C opens every hour (4304014)

At logon, logoff or refresh time a command window pops up with a message: Win32.LogicalDisk.DeviceID='C:'

And in SLTrace.htm fie this line can be found:

Also, the Windows Management Instrumentation Testing application fails to connect.

To test it, open a command prompt and type the following command:

C:\>wbemtest

Then select Connect twice.

To solve this issue:

1. Open services (open a command window and type "services.msc")
2. Find Windows Management Instrumentation Service.
3. Start the service and set properties to Automatic.
4. Close services.

Running the script again will be successful.
