ORA-01691: Unable to extend lob segment when attaching a file to a CSR -
Description
Getting error ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment STAT.SYS_LOB0000076123C00008$$ by 8192 in tablespace STLOB when adding an Oracle patch zip file as an attachment to a CSR. The file size shows as 48806KB and Maximum file size for CSR attachment system parameter is set to 52428800. This file has previously successfully been attached to a different CSR.
