Description
Video demonstration of Object Level Recovery (OLR). -
Resolution
Step 1 Take a backup using the backup wizard or use an existing backup.
Step 2 Start the Object Level Recovery Wizard
Step 3 Select the backup file created by the instance you want to recover from
Step 4 You can view the tsql script that will be used by OLR towards the end of the wizard.
Step 5 After you click finish you can view a list of the restorable objects.
Step 6 If you restore a table you can not overwrite an exisiting table. Please choose a new name for your table restore.Please see the video below for more details:
