Foglight login screen - when attempting login, get "Invalid Username and/or Password".  (4302761)

Foglight login screen - when login, get "Invalid Username and/or Password".  I see in the FMS log the following message at the time I'm trying to login:

ERROR   [http-0.0.0.0-8080-60] org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteAdapter - An exception or error occurred in the container during the request processing
javax.servlet.ServletException: Other than post method to j_security_check is not accepted

The "j_security_check is not accepted" usually points to a stale webpage / stale browser.

Clear the Internet browser's cache and completely close out all browsers on this machine.  Then, reopen browser and re-connect into Foglight Admin Console (http://FMS_HostnameOrIP:PortNumber)

You can also test this by logging into Foglight Admin Console from a different machine.
